How to reach Bad Ratzes – Route Planner
To Bad Ratzes by car
1. Coming from the north
along the Brenner motorway (exit Klausen)
Klausen to Bad Ratzes: 19 km
- Follow the signs for Bozen as far as Waidbruck.
- At Waidbruck cross the Eisack river on your left hand side.
- At the roundabout, turn right in the direction of Schlerngebiet.
- When you get to Seis, keep to the main road, pass the post office and turn left into the Ibsen Strasse
(from there to Bad Ratzes 3 km)
2. Coming from the south
along the Brenner motorway (exit Bozen Nord)
Bozen Nord to Bad Ratzes: 22 km
- Coming from the direction of Verona on the motorway A 22. take the exit Bozen Nord.
- Turn left along State Road 12 in the direction of Brenner and continue as far as Blumau.
- At Blumau there are two tunnels on your right: take the left hand tunnel in the direction of Schlerngebiet.
- When you get to Seis. after you have passed the ESSO filling station and bus stop turn right into the Ibsen Strasse
(from there to Bad Ratzes 3 km).
To Bad Ratzes by public transport:
Take the train to Bozen or Brixen and from there take the bus to Seis.

or from the bus stop at Seis. Do not hesitate to ask for time tables and taxi prices. We’ll send them to you.
