Costs: 55,00 Euro per teenager per week
Workshop from Monday to Friday 4x4 hours

 

The coach: Marco Schmid tke from Wundafit in Hanover with his employee. Marco is 2 times father and long-time parkours coach.

 

Learning new motor skills promotes self-esteem, concentration, creativity, discipline, motivation and of course coordination. The young people are taught how to overcome obstacles effectively or why it is good to be able to stand on a handstand. And this with a huge portion of fun.
Parkour Gymnastics uses several areas of the sport of movement. The focus is on jumping, rolling, landing, climbing, hanging, running and holding the body. In addition, some additional skills such as estimating distances or making use of physical laws are trained. An always important by-product of this work is the training of social competence.

 

 

Weekly program Parkour Gymnastics Camp

 

Saturday/Sunday: sight arrival and surroundings.

 

Monday:
9.30 - 11.00 Welcome - followed by an introduction to Parkour - Development, benefits, and philosophy - Skills Basic training: rolling and precision jumps. Additional 2 basic jumps over an obstacle.
13:30 - 15:00 Parkour RUN Running and application of the learned techniques.

 

Tuesday:
9:30 - 11:00 Parkour Skills 3 basic jumps and repetition of the techniques learned the day before.
13:30 - 15:00 Parkour RUN Running and application of the learned techniques.

 

Wednesday: Rest day

 

Thursday:
9:00 - 13:00 Outdoor parkour in an urban area.

 

Friday:
9:30 - 11:00 Parkour & Gymnastics Skills (blind jumps, handstand and L Sit) with Parkour RUN
13:30 - 15:00 Free training and preparation for final exam with Parkour diploma.
