Breakfast bliss

7:30 to 10:00 a.m.

In Bad Ratzes you enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with self–service. Breakfast is served in our dining room, on request also on the terrace if the weather is fine.

• Freshly squeezed orange juice, various juices & vegetable juice (juicer)
• Hot drinks
• Milk (semi–skimmed, soya, oats, without lactose)
• Toast, mixed. bread, jams, honey, butter, cold cuts
• Fruit salad, cooked plums, cooked pears
• Muesli, nuts, seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflowers, linseed), dried fruit
• Various yoghurts, quark
• Boiled eggs, scrambled or fried eggs, sausages
• Homemade cakes & brioches

To go

• Packed lunch and Bad Ratzes spring water (self-service from the buffet, extra cost)
• Freshly prepared baby menu in a thermo container for excursions (extra cost)

Lunchtime snack

12:30 to 2:00 p.m.

Our small but fine lunch menu offers everything a hungry vacationer’s heart desires.
If you have booked full board, lunch is included in the price (drinks extra).
Otherwise a small extra charge is due.

3:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Sweet and hearty treats await you at our afternoon buffet – perfect for those with a sweet tooth and for a little refreshment.

Dinner

7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Homemade South Tyrolean specialities, regional ingredients and products, local and Mediterranean dishes – look forward to our varied menu (the main course can be adapted individually, choice of meat, fish or vegetarian)

Our kitchen team will be happy to take your incompatibilities into consideration. On request we offer gluten-free, vegetarian and lactose-free cuisine. For the breakfast buffet, we offer various gluten-free products from Dr. Schär such as grissini, bread, crackers, gluten-free brioches and biscuits. For lunch and dinner we spoil you with gluten-free dishes.
