Bad Spa: MASSAGES & treatments

Relaxation and a little break are always good for you!
What could be better than enjoying a relaxing massage after a beautiful hike? Or a refreshing spa treatment for your senses?

Indoor & outdoor pool

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The heated indoor relaxation pool measures 6 x 12 metres and, with a water temperature of 30°C, invites you to swim all year round. In summer, guests appreciate our new outdoor pool in Seis am Schlern – ideal for swimmers.
 

Swimming course for children & adults

Swimming courses with Kerstin take place in the hotel on request and extra charge. The swimming courses are aimed at both children and adults.

Finnish sauna

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Our guests at Bad Ratzes can restore lost vitality in the Finnish sauna (90°C) and/or the bio-sauna (60°C), located in the indoor area of our new Spa; while the bio-pool with its Finnish outdoor sauna and relaxation bunks (in converted freight containers) can be found in the hotel garden.

Bio-Pool & Garden Sauna / Relaxcontainer

Our bio-pool and our bio-sauna find a home in our garden. The pool is filled with spring water and is naturally cleaned by pumps. The temperature depends on the season, the pool is not heated. We also do not use chlorine additives.

Inner courtyard, zen garden & terrace

The inner courtyard with terrace and garden of the new Bad Spa creates a calm yet powerful atmosphere. Selected basalt stones embellish the species-rich garden. The volcanic rock carries the primal energy of the earth and blends harmoniously with the flora typical of Bad Ratzes.

Fitness room

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In our fitness room you will find a treadmill, crosstrainer, 3-stack Multi-Gym Matrix and a bicycle.
