Yoga in the woods of Bad Ratzes

Yoga with Valentina on the big meadow and in the forest.
We practice Akhanda Yoga, where we focus not only on our physical movements, but also on our breath. We learn how to master our energy flow through controlled breathing. Each lesson starts with a topic to reflect on. We unite our body and our mind through reflection and meditation.

Costs: 15€ per person for 1-1,5 hours
Twice a week, in the morning at 7 and in the afternoon

About Valentina

Namaste, I’ve been living here in the valley surrounded by the energy of nature since 2015. I am a yoga and swimming teacher for adults and children, for several years now I’ve been engaged in oriental cultures and alternative medicine. I dedicate myself to daily meditation and the singing of mantras. I follow the path of yoga both for myself as a deep personal way of development, and to deepen various aspects of this ancient discipline.

I love nature, and hope to share my passion for yoga with you in the woods around Bad Ratzes.
