• In the afternoon: active regeneration with yoga, Kneipp therapy and a spruce needle infusion in the outdoor sauna, followed by deep relaxation with unobstructed views of the Sciliar

• In the afternoon: experience nature mindfully during the herb excursion, then gently wind down in the spa or in the warm indoor pool with whirlpool
