Behind our hotel lies a very special natural treasure: a spacious, unfertilised flower meadow, blooming in an almost overwhelming display of original diversity. Delicate colours, wild fragrances and the gentle humming of insects make it a place of peace and wonder. Only small paths are carefully cut through the meadow, leading to quiet retreats – again and again, little circles open up where two sun loungers invite you to linger. This unique spectacle of nature can be experienced only for a short time, at the end of May and in June – and for this alone, a journey to Bad Ratzes is worthwhile.

• Time for yourself with yoga, forest bathing or Kneipp therapy.
• In the evenings, the atmosphere becomes truly special: night sauna by torchlight, short stargazing walks, or peaceful hours by the campfire and piano.

For gourmets:

• Tuesdays: wine tasting with sommelier Franz
• Thursdays: cheese tasting with South Tyrolean specialities
