Friday - Experience nature

• Join herbal expert Katrin on a guided herb walk through the spring landscape around Bad Ratzes. Relax in the spectacular outdoor sauna with a Swiss stone pine infusion and enjoy the view of the Schlern from our relaxation boxes. To end the day, look forward to a very special evening with Katrin by the campfire. Don’t forget to lift your gaze and take in the sight of the stars and the Milky Way. Here in the nature park, they stand out particularly beautifully in the dark night sky.

Saturday - Relaxation & well-being

• Start the day with an invigorating yoga session with Elena, followed by your well-deserved breakfast with fresh fruit and everything your heart desires. Afterwards, hike along the Geologists’ Trail directly from the hotel. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Schlern with a view of the Adlerhorst. Back at the hotel, our Kneipp pools await you with our 7°C cold spring water. An indescribable sensation will take hold of you: after the cold, the warm whirlpool awaits. In the evening, we will treat you to a five-course gourmet menu, and to finish, Elias will prepare your very special nightcap at the bar. You will sleep like a log.

Sunday - Indulgence

• Sleep in and then enjoy an extensive breakfast. Hike directly from the hotel in the footsteps of Oswald von Wolkenstein to the ruins of Hauenstein Castle. Back at the hotel, a book will be waiting for you. Read and relax on a lounger amid the flowers winding around you, with your gaze returning again and again to the impressive Schlern. Enjoy relaxing hours in the warm swimming pools and a special massage with Kerstin. The afternoon will fly by. A crowning farewell awaits you: the dessert buffet in the evening.

Monday - Departure

• A relaxed ending to your stay, with the option of a late check-out even after dinner for those who are able to stay. The spa, sauna and relaxation boxes remain at your disposal.
